Janet Earle has most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Principal of JFS Wealth Advisors, one of the nation’s Top 100 Wealth Management Firms that manages over $2.4 billion of invested assets, with offices in Hermitage, Pittsburgh, Camp Hill, Lancaster and the Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania and in Naples, Florida. During her 11 years with the firm, she oversaw corporate finance and accounting, in addition to driving strategic initiatives through the firm management team. She also worked with the firm’s largest net worth clients, helping them navigate through private equity and commercial real estate asset holdings and transactions.  In addition to this, Janet has over 25 years in the finance and accounting field with previous experience including Vice President of Finance at Sharon Custom Metal Forming, as well as corporate and cost accounting experience with Roll Forming Corporation, Werner (Ladder) Company, other regional manufacturing firms, and a local hospital system.

With a strong desire to build up the neighborhoods that surround her, Janet currently serves on multiple community improvement boards. These include the Greenville Planning Commission, Greenville Area Economic Development Corporation, and Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone Corporation. Janet also serves on the Board of Trustees for a local community bank, Greenville Savings Bank.

Janet earned her certification in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gannon University. She graduated magna cum laude from Robert Morris University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration while majoring in Accounting.
